I absolutely believe this, and also believe that as Heart Centred Leaders we should reach out and support others on their journey.

- Rebecca’s Story - When I first met Sally I was a nervous wreck, I had no confidence and I wasn't enjoying life at all. I was in an abusive relationship which I did not know how to get out of. I remember the first session that I went to with Sally, I was dreading it.
- Carla’s Story - Hi i'm Carla and I am an artist. I believe I am here to make beautiful pieces of art that are positive and colourful to inspire people to be happy and smile. I want to be able to make people's imaginations come to life.
- Diane’s Story - I have known Sally for over ten years – when we first met I wasn’t sure where the journey would take us and how things would be. I soon realised she was someone who ‘got me’ and understood my trials and tribulations of being a full-time working Mum with a very stressful job.
- Laura’s Story - I had just started to set up In Touch Massage & Holistic Therapies CIC. I was passionate about the ideas and ethos behind In Touch, but was a bit unsure of, and overwhelmed by everything that needed to be done. I was so lucky to be assigned Sally as my mentor.
