This Business Retreat is limited to 15 people. Participants must be over 18 years of age, and all our retreats are non-smoking inside the premises.
All rooms at our Business Retreat are single occupancy, luxury ensuite, with a meadow view. Rooms will be allocated at the point of booking.

What’s Included:
- On booking a retreat place you will have a Skype/Zoom or telephone consultation with Sally to discuss what your hopes are from the retreat.
- Focus on your mindset and wellbeing as well as the practical steps to business success.
- Limited numbers so you feel you and your business are special to us – and you are.
- 3 night, 3.5 day, Luxury Ensuite Accommodation in huge, First Class, single occupancy room with towels, toiletries, robe and slippers provided. You will not want to leave!
- 3 delicious breakfasts, plenty of choice for all tastes, and all dietary requirements.
- 3 freshly prepared lunches, one lunch is a wonderful treat of Afternoon Tea.
- Soft drinks/water/tea coffee during Breakfast/Sessions/lunches and Dinners provided.
- Healthy snacks and refreshments as listed above during Sessions.
- Two Course Welcome Dinner and Farewell Celebration Dinner /Two Course Dinner on Second Night and Third Night – soft drinks/water/ provided. Three Private Dining experiences, one in the Restaurant. We can cater to dietary needs so do not worry there will be plenty of choice!
- Half Day Wellbeing Experience on site at an Award Winning Spa, including One hour ILA Kundalini Back Massage Treatment. A focused treatment that works on the back of the body, but balances the whole nervous system with the synergistic use of an essential oil blend. It uses a combination of ancient healing techniques such as Marma point therapy and Chakra healing to balance the natural rhythm of the body. Use of Thermal Bathing and Relaxation Space. Inner Sanctuary Relaxation/Mindset Change Session in the Pilates Studio.
- Free use of the Stanley House Gymnasium, all days.
- Deep dive Breakthrough teachings into our Taking The Leap Business Success Series; Group sessions, and lots of reflecting conversations each day and evening!
- Immediate access to our Business Coaching Six Step System- Taking the Leap. Delivered in an action learning way so you get time to focus on your business and apply your learning. Our Retreats are not about sitting and listening for hours! You will work on your business whilst you are with me- this is absolutely not a theory based approach!
- A dedicated Business Facebook Group giving access to Business Success Strategies that work; webinars; podcasts, live posting and more with an incredible supportive community of women.

What’s not included:
- Travel to and from the venue.
- laundry, incidentals, additional Spa services, personal phone calls or other activities not already mentioned
- Any alcohol or drinks not mentioned above, and within set sessions of the Retreat. You are able to charge any additional refreshments/food etc to your room.
- Personal, medical (where applicable), trip/travel cancellation insurance which we strongly recommend you have

Payment Policy
- A non-refundable deposit is required for each retreat. Please read Refund Policy below for options.
- A deposit is due at the point of booking to reserve a place.
- The final balance payment is due 8 weeks prior to Retreat

Refund Policy
- If you decide to cancel the retreat after paying the deposit, this deposit can be transferred to another retreat or another person (to be used within a 12 month period of the original retreat booked) but cannot be refunded. A rescheduling fee of £50 will apply.
- We strongly advise you to take out your own insurance in case you have to cancel through illness or other unforeseen circumstances as we cannot promise to fill your place.
Rescheduling Policy
If you decide to reschedule from one Retreat to another Retreat, it will be treated as a cancellation on your part and the ‘Refund Policy’ terms and conditions herein shall apply.
Cancellation Policy
- All information included in our website and publicity is correct at the time of going to press, but may be subject to change. Whilst we do not anticipate changes to the advertised Retreat dates, we may have to cancel or postpone Retreats at our discretion.
- The Retreats managed by Visible Breakthrough Coaching Ltd offer fixed programmes which all guests are encouraged to take part in. A programme timetable is understandably subject to change at little or no notice due to weather conditions, staff availability and other circumstances which are beyond our control.
- If the Retreat is cancelled, you may transfer your registration to another Retreat date or receive a full refund of all monies (excluding travel costs). We suggest you take out your own insurance in case of cancellation through unforeseen circumstances.
Liability
Visible Breakthrough Coaching Ltd shall in no event be held liable for any loss or other damages including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential, or any other damages.
Behaviour
We reserve the right to ask participants to leave the Retreat if their behaviour is disruptive to the running of the Retreat or to the other guests and staff. If you withdraw from the Retreat at any time or if you are requested to leave due to disruptive behaviour, no part of the Retreat fee shall be refunded. In the case of our staff’s decision to ask you to leave, all matters arising from a dispute are subject to English law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
