“She hears the call and she is ready, emerging like a butterfly from her darkness. She is earth, she is spring, she is connected. She is expansive; she is crumbling away the untruths. She is captivated by nature; she is focused on her present experience, her inner knowing. She has found the courage to look within herself, she is becoming conscious …… she is awakening with each insight”
To truly awaken to your natural power means to trust yourself, your instincts and your intuition– letting go of fear that is keeping you isolated, and far away from feeling your own inner peace and happiness. Wanting to change this means you are willing to begin a journey of becoming aware of the way you think. You are the only thinker in your mind, and with the help of a few new habits you have the power to change your life.
WOMEN WHO INSPIRE ME
“Finding Me was the biggest journey of my life, when I first started I did not have a clue who I was, what I liked or how I was meant to feel. It was only after I received some very life changing sessions that I truly believed I had a life worth living. Thank you does not seem to be enough. Because of Sally and the Finding Me Programme I now have a very full and happy life”
“It took so much courage to go to the Finding Me Course, after years of suffering mental health problems and agoraphobia. It was like a light had entered my life, finally something worked. In 2009 I suffered a nervous breakdown, diagnosed with clinical depression and anxiety I became agoraphobic, losing contact with the outside world I became lonely and isolated, like so many women I just wanted to give up.
Finding Me was amazing and completely changed my life. After it finished I began gifting time with Inspire Women at the Centre. I stopped self- harming and I believed I had a future to look forward to. I wasn’t being judged, none of the labels that had been previously attached to me mattered anymore. I realised that a lot of my pain was attached to thinking about the past, as long as I was in that space of victimisation I was suffering, there is no release from suffering in that place.
The ethos is a kind and compassionate one where you are made to feel that you and your life are important. I was connected to others in a positive way that wasn’t about trying to fix me, I didn’t need fixing I just needed to be around people who could show me how to feel more positive about myself ,and understand that mental healing would lead to my emotional healing.
Finding Me and Inspire has given me my life back and saved me from a horrible existence. I feel so much more positive about my life; I spend much less time in waiting rooms. I now recognise that I have a lot to give, I always have, I just needed to “Find Me.” In 2017 I was awarded a National Learning Award and was asked to speak at an event attended by HRH Princess Anne, it was one of the proudest moments of my life, a moment I would never have dreamed of in 2009. I also wrote a poem about my journey that I read to the audience”.
